Notice of temporary suspension of business due to outbreak of coronavirus infection
On April 12, 2021, a staff member of our salon, Loople Amsterdam, tested positive for the coronavirus via a PCR test.
In response to this outbreak, our salon will under the guidance of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, refrain from operating from April 13th (Tuesday) to April 16th (Friday).
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who have made reservations during this period, but we will cancel all reservations and give priority to changing the schedule.
The staff has no symptoms and is currently self- quarantine at home.
In addition, other staff members who have made close contact will go into self-quarantine, carry out PCR tests, and follow up on their health condition.
In order to prevent the spread of infection, we will contact customers who came during the period when our staff member may have been infected.
If you have used this salon before, please be aware of any changes in your physical condition, and if you experiencing any symptoms such as fever, please consult your doctor or health center immediately.
Regarding Loople's future reopening...
So that customers can come to our store with 100% peace of mind,
with negative PCR test results of all our staff members and a completely disinfected salon, we would like to reopen on April 17th (Saturday).
